Aioi Peron Festival
Aioi, the town next to Ako, has a big festival which spans two days and features dragon boat racing and fireworks. It began because back in the day pretty much everyone in Aioi worked for this one boat-making company, and they were rich as hell (which is why they have a shinkansen stop and we don't), so they started a big party to celebrate their lucre, but now Aioi is a hole.It's a Springfield-Shelbyville thing.

The fireworks are really good, better than the good ol' Skyworks.
Only thing is, they go for about 45 minutes, so by the end,
you're kind of like, fireworks are _so_ 45 minutes ago.
We hadn't reached that point yet.

It's a pity it tastes good, coz it's fucking disgusting.
During the festival we were suddenly under attack from Pyongyang.

The most pathetic, worthless job on earth.
There was an incident a couple months ago where the cops pulled over
some guy who was speeding and smashing into other cars, and he got out of the car, got into the patrol car, and drove away.
It's not common, but it's not a shock.
It's kind of dim, but this is me taunting them.
Come on, they have RIOT POLICE at the festival.
What are they afraid of, the fried chicken will run out and
the grannies will take the place down?
